Zelus ("glory") is the capital city of Kratos, located in the center of the country; this is where the Emperor and the Senators reside. There is a single temple on the plateau above the city on the northern side; the temple of Helius (the sun god). The city is highly respected by all, known for its love of literature and philosophy, and is filled with massive libraries. There is a strong appreciation of public speaking in Zelus, and so the Emperor holds two separate Forums, each once a month.
To the east of Zelus you have the city of Bia ("force") which is known as a military stronghold. Bia marks the beginnings of the long mountain range that runs along the entire east side of the country. It holds the 20,000 Kratos soldiers, as well as the military commanders & their military advisers known as the Council. The city is located within a mountain, dug out so its basically underground. Bia is a miltiary stronghold. Roughly there are only around 1000 people that live in Bia who are not a part of the military, excluding the husbands/wives /children of the soldiers.
To the west of Zelus you have the city of Pallas ("maiden") which is the city of the gods. Pallas has the temples for every god and goddess worshiped by the Kratos' people, except for Helius & Aquos. This city is filled with the most spiritual kalons of the country, ranging from the high priestess to temple servants. Pallas is located at the bottom of a valley, within the depths of a swamp/bog due to the many rivers that run through it, and is known as the floating city.
Along the country's southern coast is the city of Styx ("river"), which is known as the trade hub not only of our country but across the world. Styx is unique because, aside from the wide variety of characters you can find there, it is also separated from the rest of Kratos via the Styx River, which flows like a crescent moon on either side of the city back into the ocean. The Styx River runs all the way from the depths of Pallas. Styx has one temple at the top of the highest cliff, for the god Aquos of the oceans/seas, who is their guardian protector.
Agon (struggle) is the name of a community of small farming villages, considered a town, that run on the easternmost side of the country. There is a very thin forest that runs along the coast along these villages. This town is considered relatively rural, since it is made up of farms. The kalons who tend to live here are more of the lower/working class people. There are a large variety of farms that exist in this area, from different vegetable farms to food animal ranches.
