"history shows us that there are no invincible armies" - joseph stalin
Description
The city of Bia is truly an impenetrable city from the outside world. There is only one way in and one way out of the city; the entrance and exit are the same gateway. Bia is a maze of tunnels which lead to several larger sections of open space, all dug out from the first mountain in the range. It is almost entirely underground, aside from the massive front, which is made up of a very fortress-like gated structure built into the mountain.
There are two, maybe three, very distinct groups of kalons that live within the city of Bia. The first group is, obviously, the military soldiers. Bia holds the 20,000+ Kratos soldiers, from each military branch; army, navy, and airforce. Bia also is home to the current military commanders as well as the prior commanders who are current military advisers; these two groups make up what is known as the Council. The next group of kalons that live in Bia are the husbands and wives of the soldiers, as well as any children that they have who are still too young to be out on their own. Finally, you have roughly 1000 people that live in Bia who are not a part of nor do they have family in the military.

History
Initially, the Kratos' military forces were stationed primarily within the capital city of Zelus. But as more and more men and women joined the ranks, as well as more kalons flocking to the city for political or intellectual reasons, Zelus did not have the resources to house and train so many soldiers. The Senators met with the Military Council to discuss what would be done, and the creation of Bia was the solution. The mountain range of Bian had not really been explored before then; there were no big cities around that area because of how cold and harsh the mountains could be. There were a few very small towns within the mountain range itself, who had somehow managed to survive in the unforgiving nature they lived in, but nothing large. The current Legatus Legionis of the military, aka the highest military commander, was General Sven. He took his troops and they created the city of Bia, which is also known as the Fortress of Bia. It was practically dug out of the foremost mountains, tunneled underground in such a way that Bia truly is impregnable/impenetrable.
